Management credits are awarded for attending lectures, presentations, training workshops, etc. and are not clinic in nature. This may include, but is not limited to: management, education, business, policy, and advocacy.  This is denoted by the subscript letters mc and reads: PDUmc

Monitoring/Awarding Credits:

Onsite:

Depending on the format of the in-person conference, participants will either have their badges scanned or provide a signature of attendance for the session(s) for the awarding of credits to occur.  A post-test is not required for in-person CPD credits.

e-Learning:

When a learner accesses an ISPO sponsored online course they will have the option to select a course for credits which will include a post-test.  Post-tests are scored and results provided to the learner in real time.  Unless stated otherwise, a minimum passing score of 80% is required for successful completion and awarding of a certificate for the course.  Participants who do not attain a passing score will be allowed a maximum of three attempts to retake the post-test and then required to repeat the course if they fail the third attempt.

Credit tracking

ISPO will maintain a database of credit accrual for ISPO members.  An annual or semi-annual statement of credits earned can be automatically generated and emailed to that individual.
