The ISPO Protocol Committee kindly invites ISPO National Member Society to propose nominations for the second of nomination for the 2025-2027 ISPO Executive Board. In accordance with the Constitution, the Protocol Committee and current Executive Board will review all submitted nominations and create a list of recommended candidates for consideration by the International Committee.
ISPO is an international organization with over 70 Member Societies working in close collaboration and with common goals. Each Member Society can make one nomination only, which may either be a member from another Member Society, or from within your individual Member Society.
Please note that it is possible to nominate an individual for a specific officer post but also as a Board member. If successful in both positions, the person vacates the seat as a Board member to the next ranked candidate. Attached to this email and available for download here you will find a document outlining the procedure and timeline for the elections.
If a nomination is made to one of the officer positions and the same individual is also nominated for a seat on the Board this is considered as one nomination.
Executive Board members should represent the multi-disciplinary membership of the Society and its worldwide distribution. The different professional disciplines, geographical and cultural backgrounds as well as gender diversity of the members should be considered to ensure an equitable distribution. All nominees must be members of the Society in good standing.
The nomination papers that are to be submitted to ISPO Head Office include the following:
