ISPO Hong Kong has been active since 1972 and formally established an ISPO Member Society in 1985 by a group of members including prosthetists & orthotists, orthopeadic surgeons, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and bio-engineers.

Currently, we have about 58 active members and a few Emeritus members.

We aim to promote better life style for physically disabled through rehabilitation especially in prosthetics and orthotics.

• Host ISPO World Congress 2004
• Host Asian Prosthetic and Orthotic Scientific Meeting 2009
• Annual Prosthetic and Orthotic Scientific Meeting
• Support P&O Education in China
• Sponsorship to members to participate in ISPO World Congresses
