The 13th ISPO World Congress took place in Leipzig (Germany), between from 10 to 15 May 2010. The 2010 World Congress was jointly with the ORTHOPÄDIE+REHA-TECHNIK (today, OTWorld) - the largest trade show and exhibition that exists in the P&O field.

The focus of the 2010 World Congress was “Research and Innovation for Human Technology”, with the objective of discussing everything having to do with technical orthopaedics, rehabilitation and mobility.

The ISPO 2010 World Congress attracted 2,600 participants from over 100 countries, and 21,200 visitors from 108 countries attended the ORTHOPÄDIE+REHA-TECHNIK trade fair held in parallel to the Congress.
